Terms of Sale

Last updated: September 30, 2026.

These Terms of Sale and the Acceptable Use Policy in section 5 (together, the “Terms”) govern every purchase from Meat Proxy LLC, a Colorado limited liability company doing business as Proxy.Shop (“Proxy.Shop”, “we”, “us”), the operator of meatproxy.shop (the “Site”). By placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not order.

1. Definitions

  • “Order” means a purchase of one or more Products through the Site.
  • “Product” means a garment bearing a Design.
  • “Prompt” means the text you submit to have a Design generated.
  • “Attempt” means one submission of a Prompt for screening.
  • “Screening System” means the automated systems we use to evaluate Prompts and generated images against these Terms.
  • “Design” means the image generated by an automated system from a Prompt, or, under section 3.4, generated autonomously by that system.
  • “Print Partner” means the third party that prints and ships Products on our behalf.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Products may carry profanity and crude humor. By ordering you confirm you are an adult who wants that.

3. Order flow

  1. Payment first. You pay the full price of the Order, including shipping and tax, before you submit any Prompt. Your Order is accepted when we send an order confirmation.
  2. Prompt submission. After payment you may submit Prompts for the Order. You have up to ten (10) Attempts. Each Attempt is evaluated by the Screening System, which either accepts it or rejects it with a general reason.
  3. Rejected Attempts. A rejected Attempt is not a defect in the service and does not entitle you to a refund. Certain content described in section 5.2 ends the Order immediately without further Attempts and without refund.
  4. Exhausted Attempts. If all ten Attempts are rejected, the Screening System will generate a Prompt itself, produce a Design from it, and your Order will be fulfilled with that Design. You accept that outcome when you place the Order.
  5. Generation and fulfillment. An accepted Prompt is used to generate a Design. The Design is screened again, then transmitted directly to the Print Partner for production and shipping. Once a Design has been transmitted to the Print Partner the Order cannot be changed or cancelled.
  6. Cancellation before Prompt. You may cancel an Order and receive a full refund at any time before you submit your first Attempt, by emailing us.

4. Automated review and blind purchase

  1. Automated review only. Prompts and Designs are reviewed solely by automated systems. No employee, owner or agent of Proxy.Shop views your Prompt results or your Design before delivery. You acknowledge that the Screening System, like any automated system, can make mistakes in either direction.
  2. Physical handling. Personnel of the Print Partner and shipping carriers physically handle the printed Product. Our statement is that no party to the sale views the Design before delivery, not that no human ever touches the shirt.
  3. Blind purchase. You are buying a Product bearing a Design that neither you nor we have seen. You accept the Design as delivered, whatever it depicts, provided it was produced by the process described in section 3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any claim based on the content, style, quality of rendering or interpretation of the Design, or on your dissatisfaction with it.
  4. No guarantee of interpretation. We do not promise that the Design will match your intent, include any text you asked for, spell anything correctly or resemble anything in particular.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Prohibited content

You may not submit a Prompt that requests or is likely to produce:

  • any sexual depiction of a minor, or any content that sexualizes a person who is or appears to be under 18;
  • slurs, hate symbols, or content that attacks or demeans people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or similar characteristics;
  • threats, incitement to violence, or targeted harassment of any person;
  • the name, image, voice or recognizable likeness of any real person, living or dead, including public figures;
  • trademarks, logos, brand names, or characters, artwork or other material protected by third-party intellectual property rights;
  • content that is unlawful where you are or where the Product will be shipped.

5.2 Immediate termination

An Attempt that the Screening System classifies as sexualizing a minor, or as hate content, ends the Order immediately. No further Attempts are available and no refund is due. We may report such Attempts to law enforcement and preserve the related records.

5.3 Permitted content

Profanity, crude humor, dirty jokes and sexual humor that does not involve minors or real people are permitted. Passing the Screening System is the only test; there is no human appeal.

5.4 Anti-abuse

We may cancel and refund any Order, refuse future service, apply rate limits and close accounts where we determine, in our sole judgment, that Prompts are being used to probe, test or circumvent the Screening System, that Orders are placed by automated means, or that an account is otherwise being used to abuse the service. Attempt logs are kept for this purpose.

6. Intellectual property and responsibility

  1. Your Prompt. You represent that you have the right to submit your Prompt and that it does not violate section 5 or any third party’s rights. You grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce and process the Prompt to fulfil the Order, operate and improve the Screening System, and keep records.
  2. The Design. As between you and us, you may use the Design on your Product for personal, non-commercial purposes. We retain all other rights in the Design and in our systems, and may use the Design and its hash for record-keeping, dispute handling and abuse prevention. Rights in AI-generated images are unsettled in many jurisdictions; we make no warranty as to their copyright status.
  3. Indemnity. You will defend and indemnify Meat Proxy LLC and its members, managers, employees, contractors and Print Partner against any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your Prompt, your breach of these Terms, or your use of the Product.

7. Price, payment and shipping

  1. Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. Sales tax is added where we are required to collect it.
  2. Payment is processed by Stripe or PayPal under their terms. We do not store full card numbers.
  3. Shipping times shown on the Site are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. You are responsible for entering a correct address.
  4. For international shipments you are responsible for any import duties and taxes.

8. Refunds and replacements

Refunds and replacements are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which is part of these Terms. In summary: we replace or refund Products with manufacturing or shipping defects; we do not refund because of the content of a Design or because you do not like it; we may, at our sole discretion, offer a one-time goodwill reprint.

9. Optional digital collectible

  1. After delivery you may choose to have a non-fungible token (“NFT”) referencing your Design minted on a layer-2 blockchain network for a fee of US $1 plus network fees.
  2. The NFT is a novelty collectible. It has no investment value, confers no ownership of the Design or of any other right, carries no promise of utility, resale market, future value or continued availability, and is not a security or a financial product.
  3. Blockchain transactions are irreversible and public. You are responsible for your wallet and its security. Network fees are set by the network, not by us.

10. Disclaimers

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS, PRODUCTS AND THE SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ABOUT THE CONTENT OR QUALITY OF A DESIGN. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROXY.SHOP WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL OR DATA, ARISING FROM AN ORDER, A PRODUCT, A DESIGN OR THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM AN ORDER IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT ORDER. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Dispute resolution and governing law

  1. Talk to us first. Before starting any formal proceeding, email [email protected] with a description of the problem. Most issues are solved this way. We will respond within 30 days.
  2. Governing law. These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and by applicable US federal law.
  3. Venue. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection law of your place of residence, disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court.
  4. No class actions. To the extent permitted by law, claims may be brought only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

13. General

  • Changes. We may update these Terms. The version in force when you place an Order applies to that Order.
  • Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect and the provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted.
  • Entire agreement. These Terms, the Refund and Returns Policy and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Meat Proxy LLC about an Order.
  • Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign ours to a successor of the business.
  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
