Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 30, 2026.

This Privacy Policy explains what Meat Proxy LLC, doing business as Proxy.Shop (“Proxy.Shop”, “we”, “us”), the operator of meatproxy.shop (the “Site”), collects about you, why, who receives it and what choices you have. It applies to the Site, to orders placed on it and to email we send you.

1. Who we are

Meat Proxy LLC is a Colorado, USA limited liability company trading as Proxy.Shop. It sells T-shirts whose designs are generated by an automated system from prompts written by customers. Contact for anything in this policy: [email protected].

2. What we collect

Information you give us

  • Account and order details: name, email address, shipping address, phone number if you provide one, and the items you order.
  • Payment details are collected by our payment processors (Stripe and PayPal), not by us. We receive a confirmation, the last four digits of a card and the payment status. We never see or store full card numbers.
  • Your prompts: the text you submit to have a design generated, including every attempt, whether it passed or failed our automated screening.
  • Messages you send us by email or through the Site.

Information created when your order is processed

  • Moderation records: for every prompt attempt, the verdict and scores of each automated screening stage, the attempt count and timestamps.
  • The generated design and a cryptographic hash of it. The design file is transmitted directly to our print partner. No person at Proxy.Shop views it before delivery; that is a deliberate design of the service, not an accident.
  • Fulfillment data: the order and shipment records exchanged with our print partner and the carrier, including tracking numbers.

Information collected automatically

  • Site analytics and marketing tracking. We run our own marketing automation system (Mautic) on mautic.meatproxy.shop. It sets cookies and records your IP address, the pages you visit on the Site, your browser and device type, and the language it reports. If you are logged in, it links this activity to your account email so that we can send you relevant email. No third-party advertising network receives this data.
  • Security and performance logs. The Site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and request headers to block attacks and serve pages quickly. Our web server keeps standard access logs.
  • Cookies set by WordPress and WooCommerce to keep you logged in and to remember your cart, and by Mautic for tracking as described above. See section 7.

3. Why we use it

  • To take payment, generate your design, produce and ship your order, and answer your questions (performance of our contract with you).
  • To run the automated content screening that every order passes through, and to keep the records that prove it ran (our legitimate interest in operating a lawful service, and legal obligations).
  • To detect and prevent abuse, including systematic attempts to defeat the screening, fraud and chargebacks (legitimate interest).
  • To send you service email about your order, and, where you have agreed or where the law allows, marketing email about Proxy.Shop. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
  • To understand how the Site is used and improve it (legitimate interest).
  • To comply with tax, accounting and other legal requirements.

4. Who receives it

We share personal data only with providers who need it to deliver the service, and only what they need:

  • Print and fulfillment partner: your name, shipping address and the generated design, so the shirt can be printed and shipped. Their staff physically handle the printed shirt.
  • Payment processors: Stripe and PayPal, who process your payment under their own privacy policies.
  • Shipping carriers: your name, address and, where required, phone number.
  • Infrastructure providers: our web host, Cloudflare, and the email service used to deliver our email.
  • AI and moderation services: your prompt text is sent to third-party AI services to generate the design and to screen the prompt and the resulting image. We send only the prompt and the image, not your name or contact details.
  • Authorities where the law requires it, and professional advisers where reasonably necessary.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.

5. Optional digital collectible

If you choose to mint the optional digital collectible after delivery, the blockchain wallet address you provide, the token and its transaction are recorded on a public blockchain. That record is public and permanent by design and cannot be deleted by us. Do not use this feature if you do not want a wallet address associated with a purchase from us.

6. How long we keep it

  • Order, payment and shipping records: as long as needed for tax and accounting law, typically seven years.
  • Prompts and moderation records: for the life of the business. These records are how we show that every order was screened, and how we identify abuse.
  • Design files: transmitted to the print partner and retained by us as a hash and, where kept, as a file for reprints and dispute handling, for at least one year after delivery.
  • Marketing and analytics data: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and in any case anonymous visitor records are purged after one year of inactivity.
  • Server and security logs: rotated within a few weeks.

7. Cookies

The Site uses these cookies. None are used for third-party advertising.

  • WordPress and WooCommerce: session, login, cart and checkout cookies. Needed for the store to work.
  • Mautic (mtc_id, mtc_sid, mautic_device_id): identify your browser across visits so we can see which pages a visitor viewed and, if you are a known contact, connect them to you.
  • Cloudflare (__cf_bm and similar): security cookies that distinguish humans from automated traffic.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking the WooCommerce cookies will stop the cart and checkout from working.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, to receive a copy of it, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict certain uses, to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal data (we do neither), and to withdraw consent where we rely on it.

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] from the address on your account. We will verify your identity and respond within the time the applicable law requires, usually within 45 days. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to your local data protection authority.

Residents of Colorado, California and other US states with privacy laws, and residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, have these rights in law. We extend the same treatment to everyone.

Some data cannot be deleted on request: records we must keep for tax or legal reasons, moderation records that document what was submitted to our system, and anything already written to a public blockchain.

9. Age

The Site sells novelty products intended for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International transfers

We are based in the United States and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards for transfers from the EEA, UK and Switzerland.

11. Security

The Site is served over HTTPS. Payment is handled by PCI-compliant processors. Access to order and moderation records is limited to the people who run the service. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will notify you as the law requires.

12. Changes

We will post any changes to this policy here and update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the Site or by email before they take effect.
